Purpose

Projects are the container for your documents, takeoffs/estimates, schedules, and outputs.

Who this is for

• Estimators / QS: setting up project workspaces for takeoffs and pricing.
• Admins: enforcing standards (naming, access, customer metadata).

Common tasks

• Create a project
• Add teammates and access controls (see Team settings)
• Organize project documents (see Documents)

Troubleshooting

• If a teammate can’t see a project, verify workspace/tenant and permissions.
