Every home here was built from a real floor plan — walk it, pick a room, restyle it.
Most of them restyle a photo you already have. This starts from the floor plan and builds the home first, so the room you restyle keeps its real proportions and window positions. If you bring your own drawing through the Plan to 3D tool, the room areas are measured from it too — which is why a room here is labelled 140 sq ft rather than just "living room".
No, and that is the point. You can see a room that has not been built yet, which is the normal situation on a live project. Start from one of the sample homes here, or upload your own plan in the Plan to 3D tool.
Yes — type it into the bar under the image. Materials, colours, lighting, furniture. Once a render is on screen the same bar becomes an editor: say "change the sofa to blue and paint the walls pink" and only that changes. What a description cannot do is change the building — rooms, walls, doors and windows come from the plan, because that is what keeps the render honest.
