Purpose

Outputs are the deliverables generated from your workflows (reports, exports, RFQ packs, share links).

Who this is for

  • Estimators / QS: preparing deliverables for review and handoff.
  • Admins: governing sharing and export options.

Common tasks

  • Export estimate/takeoff results (format depends on workspace)
  • Share results with teammates or external stakeholders (if enabled)
  • Generate or download RFQ packs (if used in your workflow)

Troubleshooting

  • If you can’t share externally, your workspace may restrict sharing permissions.
