Access & permissions issues

Fix missing pages, disabled buttons, and project visibility issues.

Symptoms

  • A page is missing from navigation
  • A button is disabled (e.g. Create project, Upload)
  • A teammate can’t see a project/document

Fixes

  1. Confirm workspace/tenant: ensure you’re in the correct organization context.
  2. Confirm role: Estimator vs Supplier vs Admin can change what you see.
  3. Check project access: some projects may be restricted to specific users/teams.
  4. Ask an admin: have them review Settings → Team/Permissions.
